Our OPD is open from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Emergency services are available 24x7 for all days.
2. Is Suraksha Nursing Home open on Sundays?
The hospital building and emergency services are available 24x7 including Sundays. However, OPD consultations are available Monday to Saturday. Some specialist departments may have limited Sunday availability — please call to confirm.
5. What documents are required at the time of registration?
You will need to carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID or Passport), previous medical records or prescriptions if any, and your insurance card if availing cashless treatment.

Yes, we provide comprehensive post-operative care including wound management, physiotherapy, dietary counselling, and follow-up consultations. Our nursing staff monitors patients 24x7 during inpatient stay.

8. How do I avail cashless treatment through insurance?
To avail cashless treatment, bring your insurance card and a valid photo ID at the time of admission. Our insurance desk team will verify your policy, get pre-authorization from your TPA/insurance company, and guide you through the entire cashless process.
9. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), net banking, and insurance/TPA cashless payments. EMI options are also available for select procedures.
10. Is parking available at the hospital?
Yes, Suraksha Nursing Home has ample free parking space available for patients and visitors. There is dedicated parking for two-wheelers, four-wheelers, and a reserved area for patients with disabilities.
12. Are visiting hours allowed for inpatients?
Yes, visiting hours for inpatients are from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM daily. Only two visitors are allowed per patient at a time. ICU and NICU visiting hours are restricted and require prior permission from the treating doctor.

Yes, we have an in-house cafeteria on the ground floor serving hygienic, affordable meals for patients and their attendants. Separate dietary meals are prepared for inpatients as per doctor's instructions.
