3. Appointments
- An appointment request submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Our team will contact you to confirm the date, time and consulting doctor.
- OPD timings and doctor availability shown on the site may change without notice because of emergencies, surgeries or leave.
- Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before your appointment and carry a valid photo ID along with any previous prescriptions, reports and scans.
- If you cannot attend, please inform us in advance so the slot can be offered to another patient.
4. Fees and payment
Consultation charges, investigation charges and package rates are available at our reception and are subject to change. Charges for admitted patients depend on the room category, the treating unit and the actual investigations and procedures carried out. An estimate given at admission is indicative and not a fixed quotation.
5. Insurance and TPA
Cashless treatment is subject to approval by your insurer or TPA and to the terms of your own policy. Suraksha Nursing Home has no control over an insurer's decision, the approved amount or the time taken to approve it. Any amount not approved by the insurer remains payable by the patient.
6. Patient responsibilities
- Give complete and accurate information about your health, medicines, allergies and past treatment.
- Follow the treatment plan, medication and follow-up advice given by the treating doctor.
- Treat our staff, other patients and hospital property with respect. We may refuse or discontinue non-emergency services where behaviour is abusive or unsafe.
- Observe visiting hours and ward rules, which exist to protect patient safety and privacy.
7. Use of this website
You agree not to use this website to submit false information, to attempt unauthorised access, to disrupt its operation, or to copy its content for commercial use. Text, images, logos and layout on this website belong to Suraksha Nursing Home unless stated otherwise and may not be reproduced without written permission.
